{"id":1230,"date":"2024-12-07T12:54:45","date_gmt":"2024-12-07T10:54:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/emba.smtest.gr\/?post_type=teaching-staff&#038;p=1230"},"modified":"2024-12-07T15:39:40","modified_gmt":"2024-12-07T13:39:40","slug":"eirini-zografou","status":"publish","type":"teaching-staff","link":"https:\/\/emba.smtest.gr\/en\/faculty\/eirini-zografou\/","title":{"rendered":"Eirini Zografou"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Short CV<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Eirini Zografou holds a Ph.D. from the Department of Marketing and Communication at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) and two postgraduate degrees in Business Administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specifically, she earned an MBA International from the Department of Management Science and Technology at AUEB and an MSc in &#8220;Tourism Planning, Management, and Policy&#8221; from the Department of Business Administration at the University of the Aegean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She obtained her undergraduate degree from the Department of Tourism Business Administration at the Athens University of Applied Sciences, now known as the University of West Attica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Zografou is a research associate and postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Marketing and Communication at AUEB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since 2020, she has actively participated in the design and co-teaching of courses in Business Administration and Human Resource Management (HRM) at AUEB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her research focuses on HRM, employer branding, and business performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her work has been presented at international academic conferences, including the <em>European Academy of Management (EURAM)<\/em>, where she also serves as a communications officer for HRM and organizational behavior topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, she is involved in several research projects examining best HRM practices, innovation, and business performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apart from her academic career, Dr. Zografou has extensive professional experience in Greece and abroad, covering areas such as employee training, customer service, and project management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She has received recognition and awards for her professionalism and overall job performance from the Emirates Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where she worked for several years.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":1167,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":true},"class_list":["post-1230","teaching-staff","type-teaching-staff","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/emba.smtest.gr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/teaching-staff\/1230","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/emba.smtest.gr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/teaching-staff"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/emba.smtest.gr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/teaching-staff"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/emba.smtest.gr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/1167"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/emba.smtest.gr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1230"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
